We support Google Workspace adoption and migration, data preparation and everyday AI use. Monthly technical advisory support also covers ongoing technology questions, development estimate reviews and team workshops.
Turn your foundations
into everyday capability.
Information is scattered. It is unclear what AI should handle. New tools arrive, but there is no one to ask for help. We start with these daily difficulties, organize information, access and operations, then support adoption and further improvements.
What we do
01
Google Workspace setup and migration
We review Microsoft 365 or on-premises usage, agree which email and files to migrate, and plan accounts, cutover and onboarding.
We organize shared drives, folders, ownership and viewing and editing permissions, defining the information AI may access and the rules people maintain.
We select tasks such as meeting notes, internal search or document drafts, then define permitted information, human checks and ownership through practical trials.
We review your tools, information, workflows and difficulties, including any technical advice or workshops you need.
02
Agree on scope and approach
We identify your needs for initial setup and ongoing support, then propose the scope, approach and fees for each.
03
Use, learn and improve
We help migrate, organize and trial tools in real work. With ongoing support, we review adoption and plan the next improvements together.
Scope and fees
Initial setup and monthly technical advisory support are quoted separately. Before contracting, we agree on the amount of advice and hands-on work, workshop frequency, communication channels and service hours. Software subscriptions, custom development and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
From initial setup to ongoing technical support.
Start with the support you need. Initial setup and monthly technical advisory support are each available independently.
PROJECT
Initial setup
Google Workspace adoption and migration, data organization, access design and AI trials. We agree on the scope and completion criteria, then prepare your team to start using the tools in real work.
MONTHLY
Monthly technical advisory
Work with a technical advisor who understands your company. We review AI adoption and plan improvements together, with support for technology selection, vendor estimate reviews, programming workshops and in-house skills.
One-off estimate reviews and workshops are also available, including when another company will handle development.
When foundation work or ongoing discussions reveal a need to connect orders, inventory and billing, we can help through AI Core Business Systems development. We use our understanding of your workflows and data to design and build the scope you need.
Why did the mistake happen? Why was the tool hard to use? Understand the conditions around the person. Reconsider the information, tools and rules, and take responsibility for improving them.
Can we discuss topics beyond AI and workplace foundations?
Yes. We can advise on technology selection, review development vendors’ estimates and proposals, and run programming workshops. We discuss your needs before proposing the scope and approach.
Is migration to Google Workspace required?
No. We review your current environment, including Microsoft 365 and on-premises systems, and compare keeping it with migration. Where migration is appropriate, we plan around email, files, accounts and existing integrations.
Can we continue to consult you after setup?
Yes. Monthly technical advisory support covers adoption reviews, technology selection, development estimate reviews and team workshops. We agree on the amount of advice and hands-on work and workshop frequency before contracting. You can also request this support without commissioning initial setup from us.
Can we ask for advice if another company will do the development?
Yes. You do not need to commission development from Leach. We review scope, assumptions, alignment with requirements, and maintenance and operations terms, then help prepare vendor questions and comparison criteria.
