Takuya Tominaga
CEO
Spent 9 years at Toshiba's Software Engineering & Technology Center, covering HDD firmware development, cloud infrastructure design, and data analytics platforms. Worked on joint projects with Google and McKinsey. Earned all 12 AWS certifications in about a month. Founded Leach, Inc. in November 2024.

I don't want people's lives burned away on tasks a system could handle.
People have ideas to explore, things to build and challenges they want to take on. Yet they spend their days accommodating awkward systems, entering the same information repeatedly and making up for the gaps through personal effort. What disappears is more than working time.
